(EU Directive 1937/2019 and Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023)
Are you concerned about the new whistleblowing legislation? We will handle it for you: conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIA), implementing reporting channels, and providing follow-up services in the back office.
→ The primary goal of the whistleblowing legislation is to combat corporate crime by establishing protections for the reporting subject (i.e., the whistleblower). With the introduction of the Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, the scope has expanded to require all the private-sector businesses with at least 50 employees to implement secure internal reporting channels. Additionally, businesses will be required to create a data management procedure to safeguard the confidentiality of the reporting subject and prevent any retaliatory behaviours.
Whistleblowing legislation got you covered!
Worried about compliance with the new laws? We will take care of everything – conducting DPIAs, setting up secure reporting channels, and ensuring robust follow-up services. With the introduction of the Whistleblowing Legislation, we will help you stay ahead of your obligations and protect whistleblowers with confidence.
