Filippo Capanni

Filippo Capanni has received a degree in Law from Bologna University and is a member of the Bar Association of Rimini.

Specialising in privacy compliance, criminal law and offences related to personal data protection, along with Consulenti Privacy Filippo has gained significant expertise and competences about data protection, particularly within public administrations.

He has completed the “Privacy: Compliance and Responsibility” course offered by Il Sole24Ore – Business School, the “Web Law” post-graduate course offered by Euroconference – Centre for Forensic Studies and the course “Cyber Risk Management in Public Administrations” offered by Formazione Maggioli.

He is also the author of several specialised publications on privacy for the publishing house Revelino Editore.
